AI Transparency

Last updated: 23 August 2026

Detailed disclosure regarding our use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) in compliance with the EU AI Act and international consumer transparency standards.

1. AI-Assisted Architecture and Role

AdsDoneEasy uses state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) via OpenAI enterprise APIs as an assistive tool to analyze website content, extract business value propositions, cluster search intents, generate Responsive Search Ad copy, and perform conservative quality assessments.

2. Human Oversight & Human-in-the-Loop Design

AdsDoneEasy is strictly an assistive copilot, not an autonomous media buyer. All campaigns are created as editable drafts in your account.

Campaigns deployed to Google Ads are published exclusively in a PAUSED state. No advertising spend is incurred and no ad is shown to the public until you explicitly review, approve, and activate the campaign in Google Ads.

3. Strict Zero-Training Policy on Customer Data

We process data exclusively through enterprise API endpoints that guarantee zero data retention for model training.

Your website data, business inputs, search terms, and proprietary ad copy are NEVER used by us or our AI model providers to train, fine-tune, or improve foundation models.

4. Automated Quality Scoring and Guardrails

Every generated ad draft is verified by deterministic validation engines and automated quality checks to enforce Google character limits, ensure headline breadth, and detect unsubstantiated marketing claims before presentation.

Our conservative self-repair algorithms automatically replace unbacked pricing or performance assertions with verified facts derived directly from your website.

5. Limitation of AI Capabilities and Disclaimer

AI models cannot guarantee commercial success, specific click volumes, return on ad spend (ROAS), or search ranking performance.

The Customer remains solely responsible for verifying the factual accuracy, trademark compliance, and regulatory legality of all ad copy prior to publication.
